i know i have been there…several times a year i get like this…BLAH…and you know what…its okay…its normal…in times like this i choose to take a couple of days off from Zumba…i go to another instructors class that i know has that “thang” that will inspire me..motivate me…encourage me…sometimes i do something totally different so i can not only take a physical break but a mental break from the activity…sometimes i get in a slump because i have done the same “routine” over and over again…so…i change it…i take some time and focus on creating something new…sometimes because i am so use to a certain activity i get bored…so i do something TOTALLY different..something out my comfort zone that will help me grow…you can also get ideas from a good Zumba dvd.
when i do some or all of these things i become rejuvenated and ready to get back to my zumba fitness routine…when i return i am so pumped and ready..if i created something i am ready to share…if i took someone elses class and learned something new and funky..im ready to share…if i learned something new…i am ready to share…i just plain READY!!
if u find yourself in this position try one of the things listed above and see how it does for you…if you do something that is unique…i would love to hear it…let me know… you can find more fitness tips and ideas at darsfitness.com and email me at dar@darsfitness.com. hope to talk to you soon.

The most important thing a soccer coach must do is come to practice with enthusiasm. The energy the coach brings to practice will radiate throughout the team. They must stay positive and always push their players in a positive manner. When creating soccer drills for kids, the coach must keep in mind the skill level of their players. If drills are not challenging enough they players will get bored and start to dis-engage. Drills that are too difficult will result in a practice where you end up stopping and starting too much, disturbing the flow of a good practice.
Good soccer drills will involve game like situations where the kids learn to recognize certain situations. Hopefully in the games they will recognize these situations and implement them when it counts. Another quality of a good drill is that it conditions the players at the same time. No one likes to line up and just do conditioning drills all the time. They are mindless and most players hate them. If you implement good youth soccer drills then the players will have plenty of conditioning and you won’t have to waste time running sprints at the end of practice.
Take command of the practice from the start. Players will learn that once you step ont he field it is time to take care of business. If you allow too much dilly daly and it takes a while to get into the practice it has an affect on the habits your team will create.
The drills, energy, and mindset the coach brings to practice are critical to your soccer team’s success. Prepare well and push your players in a positive manner and you will have success!

I’m a very busy woman, but my Dallas personal trainer taught me that having the necessary time for exercising is easy. I wanted to get in shape, but each time I decided that today was the day, something would come up, forcing me to push my own well-being aside. Then I found out about about Lady Trainers To Go and thought it was worth a shot trying them out. I had girl friends that used them with great sucess in the past and was eager to try them out.
The primary selling point for me was that the personal are all female and they come teach you how to work out at your home. Who wouldn’t find convenient work outs appealing? I first met with a personal trainer in Dallas and got busy getting fit immediatly. It was so simple—I told my fitness trainer what I wanted and she told me how she’d help me reach my goals. I was very impressed at her level of knowledge and expertise. I’ve met with a personal trainer before at the gym, and I almost never felt like their primary focus was just on me, there were just too many distractions.
With my at-home personal trainer, I always get the all of the attention and focus I need in a zero distraction setting. most importantly, it’s in the comfort of my own home, this allows me to feel truly at ease; especially since my trainer is a woman too. My fitness trainer provides me a variety of work outs so I wouldn’t get bored. My personal trainer also taught me ways to set aside time for working out. I was also able to learn about healthy eating from their nutritionist. Believe it or not, it is possible to fit working out into your busy schedule. Yes it takes the right frame of mind, but a personal trainer Dallas can help make it easier.
